We prepare agreements for the transfer of proprietary copyright and licence agreements authorising the use of, inter alia, trademarks, industrial designs, computer programmes, architectural designs, musical and verbal&musical compositions and television programmes.
We represent Clients in court proceedings in copyright cases, in particular, concerning the infringement of the author’s proprietary copyright. We handle criminal cases involving so-called plagiarism offences/crimes.
We represent Clients in disputes concerning infringement of personal interests, including infringement of image rights.
