She specialises in providing legal services to commercial law companies and other business entities, and in civil law litigation cases.
Her main area of interest is company law, including the incorporation and registration of commercial law companies, transformation and liquidation thereof. On a day-to-day basis, she provides ongoing legal services to companies with regard to the preparation of internal company documents and applications to registry courts regarding changes in, inter alia, company governing bodies, change in shareholders, sale of shares, increase in and reduction of share capital.
She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms practising in cases including civil law, bankruptcy and commercial proceedings, providing legal services to both business entities and individual clients.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, with a degree in Law.
As of January 2021, she has been a trainee attorney at the Regional Bar Association in Warsaw.
She speaks English.
