Mariusz Zając

At the Firm, he heads the business litigation and real property practice. His professional experience includes, inter alia, day-to-day services for legal entities, legal services for residential, industrial, mining and infrastructure projects, including roads and energy. He advises on commercial contracts, including as part of international transactions, lease and rental agreements. He conducts judicial and administrative proceedings. Prior to establishing the law firm Zając i Wspólnicy, he worked in renowned Warsaw law firms.
He is the author of publications and commentaries in the media on real property law, administrative and judicial proceedings. He is a speaker at conferences and seminars on real property law issues.
Mariusz Zając graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and from the School of American Law organised by the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He has been practising as an attorney (adwokat) since 2012.
He is fluent in English.
